Quality is super important to us - we take protecting the integrity of our products very seriously and so in accordance with global retail industry standards, skincare, makeup, and cosmetics are not returnable unless damaged or incorrectly supplied. 

We will not accept any return of products that have been opened, tampered with or used.

What are the delivery costs and timeline?

Shipping to any KSA address will take 3-6 business days / Standard delivery charges 20 SAR
 We offer free deliver on orders 350 SAR or more

 

Where is my order?
